Complaints Process

All complaints, concerns or reports of possible ethics violations with respect to MTAM members are handled directly by the Managing Director, in confidence. MTAM Members adhere to nationally-accepted standards of practice and agree to a formal complaint and discipline policy when they register as members.

All communication is handled in a confidential manner by the Managing Director. The complaints process begins with a requirement for a written complaint to be filed with the Association. Please phone 204-927-7977 or email tweid@mtam.mb.ca.

If you have a concern about your RMT's professional practice, but do not want to make an official complaint, please email tweid@mtam.mb.ca.

Every communication is handled in a confidential manner by the Managing Director. We will assess the concern and decide the next steps that can be taken.
