Registration and Cancellation Policy​

Policy A

Cancellations made prior to one month before to the course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations made between one month and two-weeks before the course start date receive a 50% refund on the full cost of the course.

No refunds will be given for cancellations from two weeks prior to the course onwards. Emergency situations will always be considered. Please note, last minute emergency cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee on the cost of the course.

Policy B 

Due to significant pre-planning and expenses incurred prior to the course, no refunds will be given for cancellations from 1 month prior to the course start date. Emergency situations will always be considered. Please note, last minute emergency cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee on the total cost of the course.

Policy C 

A full refund will be given to anyone cancelling 7 or more days before the course start date. A 50% refund will apply to any cancellation between 3 and 6 days before a course. Cancellations made WITHIN 72 hours or no shows will not be refunded. (Consideration will always be given to emergency situations).

Policy D 

MTAM events have limited seating and/or rely on accurate registration numbers for optimum presentation of the course content. It is important for all registrants to let us know well in advance if they cannot make an event so that:

• your colleagues on the waiting list have an option to attend in your absence
• presenters can adjust their presentation accordingly for smaller class sizes
• events can be rescheduled if minimum registrations have not been met.

A recording of these types of events may be made available when possible. Check the MTAM Event Recording page. Please allow 2 business days for available recordings to be posted. 

Policy E

MTAM events have limit seating. If you cannot attend on the date of the webinar the event will be available for purchase on the event page once the event has been completed.
