Your commitment means we can continue to offer the Health & Dental Benefits to all Practicing and Non-Practicing Members of the MTAM.  Students graduating this year can sign on once they register as full members with us.

With 15 more people signed on by June 8, GMS will create another Open Enrolment period for us (read below).

Enrolment Notes

Open Enrolment is a time frame where you and your dependants can sign on without medical evidence, additional fees or rules applied. Evidence of Insurability & Limits if you do not sign on during the open enrolment period. Medical evidence is required from Members and/or their dependants if enrolling in the program after the specified open enrolment period, or after 60 days of becoming a member of the Association

Coverage on Members and/or their dependants who were required to provide medical evidence, would be effective on the first day of the month the evidence of insurability was accepted by Group Medical Services.  Members and/or dependants who enrol in the dental benefits plan after the specified open enrolment period will be limited to a maximum of $250.00 during the first 12 months of coverage.
