How do we help patients with addiction? With over 20% of the population having an addiction or concerns with substance abuse at some point in their lives being able to have a conversation and communicate effectively with patients who have an addiction is important. In this webinar you'll gain valuable information about commonly abused substances and their effects, discuss the concept of physical pain as the origin of substance use disorders verses the result of the disorder, treatment options, and how to support decisions to stop using substances.
