The Eléva Method is a three-day advanced manual therapy training focused on the head, face, jaw, and neck. This hands-on course integrates lymphatic techniques, myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization and intraoral work to address TMJ dysfunction, facial tension, headaches, sinus pressure, and restricted mobility.  Designed for massage therapists, the training emphasizes anatomy, palpation, clinical reasoning, and safe application, providing a structured treatment approach that can be immediately integrated into practice.

 

Knowledge of facial anatomy is recommended.

Anastasia Matveeva is a Canada-wide educator and the founder and instructor of The Eléva Method, an advanced training focused on manual treatment of the face, jaw, and neck. She has over 15 years of teaching experience and currently teaches out of The Esthetics Institute, and operates her practice out of a surgeon clinic. Based in Calgary, she brings a strong background in clinical esthetics and advanced facial treatment techniques, with a focus on anatomy-informed application, treatment precision, and client-centered care. Her work is grounded in developing practical, effective methods that support safe integration into professional practice.

 

Ensure your nails are very short and neat (no sharp edges) - Tie your hair back to keep it out of the way - Refrain from wearing accessories on hands or fingers during class - Wear comfortable shoes, as we will be standing for extended periods - Bring lunch and a bottle of water with you - Cell phones should only be used for recording during class - Feel free to bring a pen, notebook, and tripod for your phone.

 

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the course is cancelled by the instructor for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
