This is a two day course.
1. Course Description The Peony Wellness Practitioner Continuing Education Course is designed to complement massage therapy practice through gentle movement, breath work, and body awareness techniques that support connective tissue health and nervous system regulation. This course introduces safe, evidence-informed movement practices that massage therapists can use for: • practitioner self-care • client education • mobility and relaxation support • nervous system regulation The program integrates principles from Yin Yoga, gentle Pilates-based stabilization, and breath awareness to help practitioners understand how movement, fascia, and breath interact with therapeutic bodywork.
