Clinicians can have a long-lasting and profound influence on the beliefs and attitudes of their clients. The words we use and the beliefs they infer are extremely powerful predictors of treatment outcomes. These can create a positive, negative or neutral effect on the person's well being and functional goals. In this webinar Eric Purves MSc, RMT will discuss the current science on the impact of language and how to communicate in a more effective way which empowers your clients and increases the likelihood of meaningful positive outcomes.
