In this webinar we will discuss how effective exercise and movement can be in contributing to positive clinical outcomes.

We will start by discussing the research behind exercise and its’ utility in helping with many of the most common musculoskeletal conditions you will see in your practice. We will learn that it is recommended as a primary treatment option for conditions such as osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, and low back pain.

We will review some very important exercise physiology principles so that you have a solid foundation from which to prescribe exercise and movement with the ability to answer questions that may arise from patients.

Lastly, we will cover some practical exercise prescription tips that will increase the likelihood of your patients actually performing the prescribed exercises and achieving positive outcomes.
