Through a series of interactive exercises, participants will review:
1. **Bony Landmark Identification**: Learn to accurately locate and palpate key bony landmarks, providing a solid foundation for further exploration of surrounding musculature.
2. **Muscle Localization through Movement**: Explore the body's dynamic interplay of muscles by actively engaging in movement-based palpation exercises. Discover how muscles respond to different actions and learn to pinpoint their locations with precision.
3. **Nerve mapping** Learn the intricate web of somatic nerves that permeate the body. Gain insights into nerve pathways, distribution, and implications for therapeutic practices.
4. **Practice Case Studies**: Put your skills to the test with hands-on case studies designed to simulate real clinical scenarios. Work through challenging scenarios, honing your ability to locate, assess and treat using anatomical knowledge.

Leilanie is an accomplished educator specializing in the anatomical sciences at the University of Manitoba where she teaches various topics under the faculty of Medicine. With a wealth of experience as the dissection lead, she passionately brings hands on experience to her teaching methodologies. Alongside her academic pursuits, Leilanie is a dedicated massage therapist focusing on head, neck, and TMJ dysfunctions. Her commitment to teaching a deeper understanding of anatomy and promoting wellness through therapeutic and scientific practices defines her multifaceted career.
