Do you find direct billing extended health benefits overwhelming or confusing? You're not alone! This course will provide you with some basic guidance, on topics such as pre-determination, claims assessment, coordination of benefits and patient consent forms.

Instructor Bio
Shelly Bauer is the Education and Practice Coordinator at the MTAM. She a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with an honours degree in psychology and sociology and in 2004 graduated as an RMT. She has had various roles throughout her career including having been a clinic owner with 2 massage therapy clinics, serving on MTAM committees and the Board of Directors and as a massage therapy instructor. Currently she runs a small home based business.
