The MTAM Annual General Meeting is your opportunity as a member to elect your Board of Directors, see how the Association is faring financially, appoint the auditor for the coming year, and make changes to the governing By-Laws, if needed. It is a time to hear about the progress and future of each of MTAM's Committees and the Board as well as a wonderful opportunity to network and connect with your colleagues.
In advance of the meeting members will receive an email announcement for the meeting and a second email containing the Annual Report, Slate of Directors for election, 2024 Financial Statement and Proxy information (if you are not able to attend but would still like to exercise your right to vote).
A webinar option will be available for those who live more remotely and are unable to attend in person.
