The neck- small space with big responsibilities. In this class we will dig deeper to explore the complex anatomy of the neck with a focus on emphasizing its musculoskeletal and neurovascular connections to the thorax. Starting with the divisions of the neck and fascial compartments, we can then dive into some of the neck most important functions. We will spend ample amounts of time covering musculoskeletal anatomy, its very close proximity to neurovascular connections and the necks pivotal role in breathing swallowing and speaking. Because as we know, what happens in the neck definitely doesn’t stay in the neck!

These presentations will showcase how anatomical layers contribute not only to stability and movement but also holds the key to understanding various musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Participants will depart with a newfound depth of knowledge in the fundamental components of the human body.

Enhancing the experience, exclusive cadaveric images will be showcased offering attendees a visual journey into the anatomical intricacies of the human body.
