Workshop 2: Upper Extremity Nerves

The arms, shoulders, and hands are common areas of tension and discomfort for many clients. In this workshop, you’ll explore how nerve pathways contribute to these patterns and how they relate to everyday issues like wrist discomfort, shoulder tightness, and arm fatigue.

This workshop takes a detailed, anatomy-driven look at the nerve pathways of the upper extremity and their role in common musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll explore how these structures contribute to patterns such as shoulder tension, arm discomfort, and wrist-related issues frequently seen in practice. With a clear focus on clinical application, you’ll learn to connect nerve anatomy to assessment findings and treatment approaches. This session is designed to help you better understand what’s driving your clients’ symptoms and how to respond with more targeted, effective care.
