Session Overview
A budget is more than a spreadsheet. It is a practical tool for understanding what your practice needs to earn, where your money is going, and whether your business is financially sustainable.
In this hands-on session, RMTs will learn how to build a simple business budget from the ground up. We’ll work through the expenses involved in operating a massage therapy practice, estimate revenue, account for taxes and other obligations, and look at how your budget can help you make informed decisions about fees, workload and future expenses.
You don’t need an accounting background or a complicated financial system. The goal is to leave with a straightforward approach you can actually use in your practice.
