Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
MTAM events have limit seating. If you cannot attend on the date of the webinar the event may be available for purchase on the event page once the event has been completed.

A full refund will be given to anyone cancelling 7 or more days before a course. A 50% refund will apply to any cancellation between 3 and 6 days before a course. Cancellations made WITHIN 72 hours or no shows will not be refunded. (Consideration will always be given to extenuating situations). Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
