Professional and general liability (PGL) insurance is required for all practicing members.
MTAM membership offers a comprehensive, Canada-wide PGL insurance policy at one of the lowest rates in the industry. This policy will cover individual practitioners working across Canada, and for an additional fee, in the United States and other countries.

Your MTAM Professional and General Liability insurance is an occurrence-based policy, which covers losses that happen during the policy period regardless of when the claim is made. Your coverage will always be there for incidents that took place during the covered period. This includes:
