Bring your own sheet and face cradle cover to facilitate the transition between practical sessions. Bring your own lotion or oil. Please wear or bring shorts and athletic attire, sports bra, indoor shoes (outdoor shoes not permitted)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 7 days before the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 7 days prior to the course date will receive a refund, minus an administration fee of $50.00. Non-attendance at a course or cancellations received with less than 7 days notice will not be eligible for a refund.
