Unlike traditional kinesiology tapes that generate minimal resistance, Dynamic Tape is a biomechanical tool capable of creating 15kg or more of resistance. Participants will learn how to apply this \"Correct, Protect, Perform\" methodology to resist and decelerate motion, providing a mechanical solution for conditions like Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, and Rotator Cuff injuries.

Instructor Bio
Carter Hildebrand is a certified athletic therapist based out of Winnipeg, MB. A graduate of the University of Winnipeg. He currently works in clinical practice and has experience with numerous teams in Manitoba including football, hockey, soccer, and volleyball. A recent highlight of his was volunteering at the 2024 Manitoba Summer Games. Carter is an accredited biomechanical taping instructor and has had the opportunity to teach multiple courses on the theory and application of Dynamic Tape. Carter places an emphasis on patient education and promoting active lifestyles in his practice
