Instructor Bio
Tricia Weidenbacher is a Registered Massage Therapist and entrepreneur who has run a successful health care practice for over 20 years. Tricia cultivated her leadership and professional skills in food service management before making the jump to massage therapy in 1996.  In 2013, Tricia decided to enhance her business health care career accepting the position of Education Coordinator for the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba. She elevated and expanded this role to Education & Event Manager, managing the professional development program for over 1100 massage therapists across Manitoba and developing education courses that are relevant for health care practitioners. In 2018, Tricia completed the Advanced Program in Management, Leadership and Strategy through the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business Executive Program. Most recently, she has earned the position of Executive Director of the MTAM and is currently responsible for the daily operations of the organization. 

Cancellation Policy
MTAM events have limited seating and/or rely on accurate registration numbers for optimum presentation of the course content. It is important for all registrants to let us know well in advance if they cannot make an event so that: your colleagues on the waiting list have an option to attend in your absence presenters can adjust their presentation accordingly for smaller class sizes events can be rescheduled if minimum registrations have not been met. A recording of these types of events may be made available when possible. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
