Participants will explore advanced methods and a fascial pain rate scale to correct myofascial and skeletal imbalances, with a focus on fascia’s role in sports medicine. The course also emphasizes enhancing hand strength and endurance for deep tissue work and integrating paramedical modalities to complement these treatments. Instructor Bio
Alain Couture is the director of health and performance with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Club and is entering his 22nd season. He graduated from University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science/Athletic Therapy degree and became a Certified Athletic Therapist. Alain is the director of health and performance with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Club.

Mark Klassen graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2006, earning top academic honors and the proficiency award. As a co-owner of Fixed Therapy, he crafts personalized treatment plans and has been involved with Evolve College of Massage Therapy (formerly his alma mater) since 2006, teaching Advanced Myofascial Treatments since 2015 before retiring recently. With a sports background, Mark specializes in sports injury assessment and treatment, currently serving as the onsite therapist for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He has also worked with the Canadian Sports Centre of Manitoba, Team Canada Volleyball, and Team Germany during the Women’s World Cup. He is known for his proficiency in Fascial Release Techniques and deep tissue therapy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to one month before to the course start date will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made between one month and two-weeks before the course start date receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations from 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Extenuating circumstances will always be considered. Please note, last minute emergency cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.
