Instructor Bio
Lisa Goss is the Founder and Lead Strategist of Morning Star Consulting. She has served as a CEO of a health regulator, sat on a professional College board, and was a regulated health professional for 30 years. Lisa has been an employer of teams exceeding 200 staff and has extensive HR experience in both unionized and non-union environments. She previously served as a shop steward and later as President of the largest community health union local in Manitoba.
