Lisa Goss
Founder and Lead Strategist of Morning Star Consulting, Lisa brings 30 years as a regulated health professional, extensive expertise in HR and conflict resolution, and a long history of leading teams of 200+ staff. She specializes in complaint prevention, professionalism, and communication coaching.
 
Staci Bailey
Staci is a project manager and communications specialist with deep experience helping clinics, teams, and practitioners build clear, consistent communication systems. She has supported organizations across health and non-profit sectors in developing effective, confident interpersonal communication skills.
