Once financial records are properly structured and reconciled, the next step is learning how to interpret them. In this practical follow-up session, participants will review their financial statements through a mid-year analytical lens. Ahmed and Lisa will guide RMTs through understanding their financial position, assessing cash flow, and identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities. Ahmed Elsayed is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Right Solutions Inc., a Winnipeg-based payroll and bookkeeping firm supporting small businesses, non-profits, and independent practitioners.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management from the University of Manitoba and a Certificate with Honours in Applied Accounting from Red River College Polytechnic. He also holds the Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation and is currently working toward his CPA. Ahmed provides reliable bookkeeping, payroll expertise, and clear, practical financial coaching focused on sustainable business practices.

Lisa Goss is the Founder and Lead Strategist of Morning Star Consulting and currently serves as CEO of the Manitoba College of Family Physicians. She holds an MBA and has over 30 years of senior leadership experience across healthcare, non-profit, and professional association sectors.
